About Our Clinician
Born and raised in the Netherlands, Marek has ridden and worked with several top Dutch professional stables such as Willemijn Poels, Ger Poels Stables and Team Nijhoff. Marek came to the US in 2018 to ride for Richard McGrath at Wynnwood Farm and competed successfully in the U25 Grand Prix series for two seasons in Wellington, FL before continuing on to ride in the regular Grand Prix’s. Some of his notable achievements have been finishing overall 12th in the Hermes U25 series, a 5th place in the 1.50m $100,000 in Saugerties, NY and numerous other top finishes in National Grand Prix’s. Marek has extensive experience riding and training horses of all types and especially takes pride in bringing along the young horses. Marek’s teaching style focuses on keeping things fun for both horse and rider while at the same time working on the fundamentals and achieving goals they may have.
Anticipated Schedule:
Group 1: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
Group 2: 10:15 am – 12:15 pm
Lunch: 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm
Group 3: 1:45 pm – 3:45 pm
Groups will be decided based on skill level provided on the rider application. Clinic sessions will be limited to five riders per group.
