Emergency Preparedness
The last issue of the USEF
"Equestrian" magazine had an article on being prepared for any
emergency. Pennsylvania
has a State Animal Response Team (PASART) and most counties have a County Animal
Response Team (CART). The goals of PASART are to: - facilitate a rapid,
coordinated and effective response to any emergency affecting animals; -
decrease the health and safety threat to humans and animals; and - to prevent or
decrease the spread of disease during emergencies affecting animals. To learn
more about emergency planning for your horses and how you can get involved in
local responses, visit their website: www.pasart.org

spammers have struck again!! I am now receiving spam messages with CPJHSA
in the subject area. I have deleted several messages when I did not
recognize the sender. If you have not received a response to a message, I
apologize.
Please, please put some other identifier in the

our member horse shows or one of our division names.
I try to check the email account
several times a week and will respond quickly. If you do not receive a
response within a few days of sending your message, please send again and try
something else in the subject area. I do apologize for any inconvenience
this causes you but I cannot take the chance that my computer would get
infected.
